Section 6-10-58 - Signing checks for state funds.
Universal Citation: NM Stat § 6-10-58 (2019)
From and after the taking effect of this act, all checks drawn against any funds in the hands of the state treasurer shall be signed by the state treasurer or his duly authorized deputy.
