Section 59A-44-32 - Injunction.

Universal Citation: NM Stat § 59A-44-32 (2019)

No application or petition for injunction against any domestic, foreign or alien society, or lodge thereof, shall be recognized in any court of this state unless made by the attorney general upon request of the superintendent.

ANNOTATIONS

Repeals and reenactments. — Laws 1989, ch. 388, § 32, repealed 59A-44-32 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1984, ch. 127, § 817, relating to funds, and enacted a new section, effective January 1, 1990.
