Section 59A-34-9 - Salaries of officers, directors.
Universal Citation: NM Stat § 59A-34-9 (2019)
No insurer shall pay any salary, compensation or emolument to any officer or director thereof unless such payment has been duly authorized by the insurer's board of directors.
