Section 56-9-24 - [Suit on bond.]

Universal Citation: NM Stat § 56-9-24 (2019)

Any person, injured by a breach of the condition of the bond, may sue thereon in the name of the state for his use, and the damages shall be assessed as on bonds with collateral conditions.
