Section 52-6-1 - Short title.

Chapter 52, Article 6 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Group Self-Insurance Act".

ANNOTATIONSThe 1990 (2nd S.S.) amendment, effective January 1, 1991, substituted "Chapter 52, Article 6 NMSA 1978" for "Sections 75 through 99 of this act".
