Section 40-4C-1 - Short title.

Universal Citation: NM Stat § 40-4C-1 (2019)

Chapter 40, Article 4C NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Mandatory Medical Support Act".

The 2003 amendment, effective April 8, 2003, substituted "Chapter 40, Article 4C NMSA 1978" for "This act" at the beginning.
