Section 32A-23B-1 - Short title.

This act [32A-23B-1 to 32A-23B-3 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Home Visiting Accountability Act".

ANNOTATIONSEffective dates. — Laws 2013, ch. 118 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 14, 2013, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
