Section 29-15-1 - Short title.

Chapter 29, Article 15 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Missing Persons Information and Reporting Act".

ANNOTATIONS

2010 Multiple Amendments. — Laws 2010, ch. 32, § 1 and Laws 2010, ch. 33, § 2 enacted different amendments to this section that can be reconciled. Pursuant to 12-1-8 NMSA 1978, Laws 2010, ch. 33, § 2, as the last act signed by the governor, is set out above and incorporates both amendments. Laws 2010, ch. 33, § 2, effective May 19, 2010, changed "This act" to "Chapter 29, Article 15 NMSA 1978" and changed the name of the act from the "Missing Persons Information Act" to the "Missing Persons Information and Reporting Act".

Laws 2010, ch. 32, § 1, effective May 19, 2010, deleted "This act" and added "Chapter 29, Article 15 NMSA 1978".
