The public education commission is composed of ten members to be elected from districts established by law.

ANNOTATIONSEffective dates. — Laws 2011 (1st S.S.), ch. 4 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective December 23, 2011, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
