Section 12-13A-3 - Definitions.
Universal Citation: NM Stat § 12-13A-3 (2019)
As used in the New Mexico-Chihuahua Commission Act:
A. "Chihuahua" means the state of Chihuahua, Mexico; and
B. "commission" means the New Mexico-Chihuahua commission.
