Article 1 - Compilation Commission
Section 12-1-10 - Applicability [of increased fee].

The increased fee levied by this act [12-1-9, 12-1-10 NMSA 1978] shall apply to all actions filed on or after July 1, 1967.

Appeals to which fee applicable. — A docket fee is applicable to appeals from municipal court to district court only when brought from an action enforcing ordinances under Section 35-15-1 NMSA 1978 et seq.; moreover, the compilation fund docket fee required by Section 12-1-9 NMSA 1978 would be applicable to such actions as well. 1980 Op. Att'y Gen. No. 80-18.
