Section 11-6-8 - Staff.
Universal Citation: NM Stat § 11-6-8 (2019)
The staff of the division shall be the staff of the council and shall provide technical assistance, compile data, evaluate the effectiveness of the program and report its findings to the legislature.

ANNOTATIONSThe 1984 amendment, effective July 1, 1984, substituted "division" for "energy and mineral department" near the beginning of the section.
