74-6A-1. Short title.
Chapter 74, Article 6A NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Wastewater Facility Construction Loan Act".
History: Laws 1986, ch. 72, § 1; 1991, ch. 172, § 2.
The 1991 amendment, effective April 4, 1991, substituted "Chapter 74, Article 6A NMSA 1978" for "This act".
