59A-24A-16. Rules and regulations; procedures.
Rules and regulations adopted pursuant to the provisions of the Medicare Supplement Act shall be subject to the provisions of Section 59A-2-9 NMSA 1978.

Severability. — Laws 1992, ch. 3, § 15 provides for the severability of the act if any part or application thereof is held invalid.
