Section 48-1-5 - Uniformity of interpretation.

48-1-5. Uniformity of interpretation.

The Uniform Federal Lien Registration Act shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate its general purpose: to make uniform the law of those states which enact it.

ANNOTATIONS

The 1988 amendment, effective May 18, 1988, substituted "The Uniform Federal Lien Registration Act" for "This act".
