41-8-1. Short title.
This act [41-8-1 through 41-8-6 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Arson Reporting Immunity Act".
History: Laws 1979, ch. 117, § 1.
Emergency clauses. — Laws 1979, ch. 117, § 7 contained an emergency clause and was approved March 26, 1979.
