Section 30-51-1 - Short title.

30-51-1. Short title.
Sections 1 through 5 [30-51-1 through 30-51-5 NMSA 1978] of this act may be cited as the "Money Laundering Act".
History: Laws 1998, ch. 113, § 1.
Effective dates. — Laws 1998, ch. 113, § 8, makes the Money Laundering Act effective on July 1, 1998.
