30-49-10. Monitored compliance; inspections.

The alcohol and gaming division of the regulation and licensing department and the appropriate law enforcement authorities in each county and municipality shall conduct random, unannounced inspections of facilities where tobacco products, e-cigarettes or nicotine liquid containers are sold to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Tobacco Products, E-Cigarette and Nicotine Liquid Container Act.

ANNOTATIONS

The 2015 amendment, effective June 19, 2015, provided that the alcohol and gaming division of the regulation and licensing department and law enforcement authorities shall conduct random inspections of facilities where e-cigarettes or nicotine liquid containers are sold; after "tobacco products,", added "e-cigarettes or nicotine liquid containers", and after "Tobacco Products,", added "E-Cigarette and Nicotine Liquid Container".
