30-49-1. Short title.
Chapter 30, Article 49 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Tobacco Products, E-Cigarette and Nicotine Liquid Container Act".
History: Laws 1993, ch. 244, § 1; 2015, ch. 98, § 1.
The 2015 amendment, effective June 19, 2015, changed the title of the act from "Tobacco Products Act" to "Tobacco Products, E-Cigarette and Nicotine Liquid Container Act", and added the statutory reference "Chapter 30, Article 49 NMSA 1978".
