27-2E-3. Enforcement.
The office of the attorney general may take action to investigate and enforce the requirements of Sections 1 and 2 [27-2E-1 and 27-2E-2 NMSA 1978] of this act.
History: Laws 2003, ch. 381, § 3.
Effective dates. — Laws 2003, ch. 381, § 5 made this section effective January 1, 2004.
Severability. — Laws 2003, ch. 381, § 4 provided for the severability of the act if any part or application thereof is held invalid.
