24-10A-4.2. Mutual aid agreements.

Incorporated municipalities, counties and local recipients are encouraged to develop mutual aid agreements with other municipalities, counties and local recipients for the purpose of ensuring that adequate emergency medical services coverage exists throughout the state. For the benefit of the public, equipment and other emergency medical services resources obtained through money from the fund shall be shared among the parties to a mutual aid agreement.
