59A-12-1. Scope of article.
This article [Chapter 59A, Article 12 NMSA 1978] applies only to agents, brokers and solicitors, as hereinafter defined, as to transaction of one or more kinds of insurance or subdivisions thereof as defined in Article 7 [Chapter 59A, Article 7 NMSA 1978] of the Insurance Code.
