7-20C-8. Distribution. (1991)
The net receipts from the local hospital gross receipts tax shall be administered by the governing body and disbursed by the county treasurer subject to the approval by the governing body in accordance with the provisions of the Local Hospital Gross Receipts Tax Act [7-20C-1 NMSA 1978].
