76-21-22. Public Purchases Act; Personnel Act; exemption; Tort Claims Act.
The commission is exempt from the operation of the Public Purchases Act and the Personnel Act. The commission members and their employees are public employees for the purposes of the Tort Claims Act [41-4-1 to 41-4-27 NMSA 1978].
