73-5-3. [Acknowledgment of certificate; recording; evidence.]
Said certificate shall be acknowledged as required for deeds of real estate shall be filed in the office of the state corporation commission [public regulation commission] and a copy thereof duly certified by said commission shall be recorded in the office of the county clerk of the county or counties where the said lands or works are located, and such certificate or a copy thereof duly certified by the commission or county clerk shall be evidence in all courts and places.
