70-5-21. Misdemeanor.
Any person violating any provision of the LPG and CNG Act [this article] or the rules, regulations or orders of the bureau or the commission issued pursuant to that act is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine levied in a magistrate court of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) or more than five hundred dollars ($500) or by imprisonment for not more than ninety days or both.
