65-1-40. Division; organization.
The division shall consist of a director, deputy director, majors, captains, lieutenants, sergeants, patrol officers and noncommissioned personnel according to the Personnel Act [10-9-1 NMSA 1978] within the limits of the funds appropriated for the division.
