62-2-16. Eminent domain.
Corporations formed pursuant to Sections 62-2-1 through 62-2-22 NMSA 1978 have the power of eminent domain for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of Sections 62-2-1 through 62-2-22 NMSA 1978, and in the manner provided by the Eminent Domain Code [42A-1-1 NMSA 1978].
