59A-5A-12. Immunity.

There shall be no civil liability on the part of, and no civil cause of action shall arise against the superintendent, the insurance department or its employees or agents for any action taken by them in the performance of their powers and duties under the Risk-Based Capital Act [Chapter 59A, Article 5A NMSA 1978].
