58-22-19. Public inspection of applications.
Applications for registration or renewals and all papers, documents, reports and other written instruments filed with the director under the Escrow Company Act [58-22-1 NMSA 1978] are public documents and open to public inspection except for files on investigations relating to violations of the Escrow Company Act, which investigations have not culminated in administrative, civil or criminal action.
