52-3-18. Determination by worker's compensation division of the labor department.
All issues of fact or law arising under the New Mexico Occupational Disease Disablement Law [52-3-1 NMSA 1978] shall be determined by the worker's compensation division of the labor department pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 52 NMSA 1978.
