41-9-7. Protection of patient.
Nothing contained in the Review Organization Immunity Act [41-9-1 to 41-9-7 NMSA 1978] shall be construed to relieve any person of any liability which the person has incurred or may incur to a patient as a result of furnishing health care services to such patient.
