4-48B-24. Revenue bonds; exemption from taxation.

The revenue bonds issued under authority of the Hospital Funding Act [Chapter 4, Article 48B NMSA 1978] and the income from the bonds, all mortgages or other security instruments executed as security for the bonds, all agreement [agreements] made pursuant to the provisions of that act and the revenues derived therefrom by a county shall be exempt from all taxation by the state or any political subdivision thereof.
