NM Stat § 39-4-6 (1996 through 1st Sess 50th Legis) What's This?

39-4-6. [Filing release of levy.]

When said debt for which such levy is made has been satisfied, or if directed by the plaintiff or his attorney, the officer shall file a release of such levy under his official hand and seal, in the office of the clerk and recorder who shall record the same and shall receive a fee of fifty cents [($.50)] therefor.
