27-7A-8. Penalties.
The department shall administer sanctions for a provider's failure to comply with the Employee Abuse Registry Act [27-1-1 NMSA 1978], including a directed plan of correction or civil monetary penalty not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000) per instance.
