61-32-15. Associate funeral service practitioner; limitations. (Repealed effective July 1, 2012.)

An associate funeral service practitioner may engage in the practice of funeral service to the same extent and subject to the same limitations and grounds for disciplinary action as prescribed by the Thanatopractice Act [Chapter 61, Article 32 NMSA 1978] and the rules of the board for the license of a funeral service practitioner; provided that an associate funeral service practitioner shall not be the licensee in charge of a funeral establishment or the supervisor of a funeral service intern, except as otherwise expressly permitted by the board in a particular circumstance upon the basis of public interest or need.
