61-12E-16. Violation; civil penalties. (Repealed effective July 1, 2012.)
The superintendent may fine any person who intentionally violates the provisions of the Naprapathic Practice Act up to one thousand dollars ($1,000) or may suspend or revoke the licensee's authority to practice naprapathy in New Mexico.
