74-6-17. Termination of agency life; delayed repeal. (Repealed effective July 1, 2014.)
The water quality control commission is terminated on July 1, 2013 pursuant to the Sunset Act. The commission shall continue to operate according to the provisions of Chapter 74, Article 6 NMSA 1978 until July 1, 2014. Effective July 1, 2014, Sections 74-6-3 and 74-6-4 NMSA 1978 are repealed.
