74-4F-6. Base state agreements.
The department may enter into agreements with other states, the federal government, Canada, Mexico or other participating organizations to provide for reciprocal permitting of persons transporting hazardous materials and for the efficient administration of the Hazardous Materials Transportation Act [ 74-4F-1 to 74-4F-8 NMSA 1978].
