61-12C-22. Power of county or municipality to regulate massage. (Repealed effective July 1, 2016.)

A county or municipality, within its jurisdiction, may regulate persons licensed pursuant to the Massage Therapy Practice Act [Chapter 61, Article 12C NMSA 1978].  Regulation shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of that act. This section shall not be construed to prohibit a county or municipality from enacting any regulation of persons not licensed pursuant to that act.
