47-11-12. Private enforcement.
The provisions of the New Mexico Time Share Act [ 47-11-1 to 47-11-13 NMSA 1978] shall not be construed to limit in any manner the right of a purchaser or other person injured by a violation of the New Mexico Time Share Act to bring a private action.
