32A-7-9. Access.

The juvenile parole board shall have access at all reasonable times to any child over whom the board has jurisdiction under the Juvenile Parole Board Act [ 32A-7-1 NMSA 1978] and any records pertaining to the child.  The agency to which legal custody was transferred shall also provide the board with facilities for communicating with and interviewing children.
