3-46-25. Land development plan.

As used in the Urban Renewal Law [ 3-46-1 to 3-46-45 NMSA 1978], "land development plan" means a plan, as it exists from time to time, for a land development project, which plan:   

A.     shall conform to the general plan for the municipality as a whole; and   

B.     shall be sufficiently complete to indicate the proposed land acquisition, demolition and removal of structures or other improvements if any, zoning and planning changes, allowable land uses, maximum densities, building restrictions and requirements, traffic patterns and controls, public utilities, public transportation, recreational and community facilities and other public improvements.
