3-46-15. Definition; urban renewal plan.
As used in the Urban Renewal Law [ 3-46-1 to 3-46-45 NMSA 1978], "urban renewal plan" means a plan, as it exists from time to time, for one or more urban renewal areas or for an urban renewal project, which plan:
A. shall conform to the general plan for the municipality as a whole; and
B. shall be sufficient to indicate the proposed activities to be carried out in the urban renewal area including but not limited to any proposals for land acquisition, proposal for demolition and removal of structures, redevelopment, proposals for improvements and rehabilitation, zoning and planning changes, land uses, maximum densities, building requirements, and the plan's relationship to definite local objectives respecting land uses, improved traffic, public transportation, public utilities, recreational and community facilities and other public improvements.
