3-46-11. Definition; urban renewal project.
As used in the Urban Renewal Law [ 3-46-1 to 3-46-45 NMSA 1978], "urban renewal project" includes undertakings or activities of a municipality in one or more urban renewal areas for the elimination and for the prevention of the development or spread of slums and blight, and may involve slum clearance and redevelopment in any urban renewal area, or rehabilitation or conservation in any urban renewal area, or any combination or part thereof in accordance with any urban renewal plan.
