Title 26 - HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
Section 26:2H-14.1 - Definitions
As used in this act:
a. "Department" means the State Department of Health.
b. "Heat emergency" means an indoor air temperature of 85 degrees Fahrenheit or higher for a continuous period of four hours or longer.
