9:25-10. Expenditure of existing funds by commissionerThe Commissioner of Community Affairs is authorized to expend such sums from the existing administrative and discretionary grant or aid accounts of the department and related agencies as he may deem required to establish and maintain the Volunteer Youth Corps.
