45:9-7.6 Ongoing Statewide organ and tissue donation awareness campaign.14.The organ procurement organizations designated pursuant to 42 U.S.C.s.1320b-8 to serve in the State of New Jersey shall collaborate with the Medical Society of New Jersey and the Institute of Medicine and Public Health of New Jersey to establish and conduct an ongoing Statewide organ and tissue donation awareness campaign targeted at physicians in this State.
