45:9-42.12 - License required to conduct laboratory
45:9-42.12. License required to conduct laboratoryOn and after January first, one thousand nine hundred and fifty-four, it shall be unlawful for any person to conduct a bio-analytical laboratory in this State, unless such person is the holder of a bio-analytical laboratory director's license.
