45:8-47 - Effect on other professions
45:8-47. Effect on other professionsThis chapter shall not be construed to affect or prevent the practice of any other legally recognized profession. Nothing in this act shall be construed as prohibiting, regulating or interfering with persons duly licensed under any laws of this State in the operation and maintenance of equipment and in the supervision of operation of steam power plants, portable machinery and equipment, and refrigeration plants, or from engaging in such engineering activities as may be incident to such operating, maintenance or supervision as is customarily a part of the services rendered by such licensed persons in the course of their employment.
